Beschreibung: Consider this comment on a recent judgment invoking climate change as a reason for non-refoulement. Now consider inhowfar democracy is biased towards the present. What should we - ethically, legally - do today to prepare the world we live in for the future? Give people from the future a vote? What about this recent BVerfG judgement regarding future freedoms that must not be curtailed to the advantages of the freedoms of people today.
